- Dennis Quaid Selling Palisades Home He Purchased for Kimberley and Kids- The "Frequency" actor, Dennis Quaid, is selling the Pacific Palisades home he purchased for his soon to be ex-wife, Kimberly Buffington and their twin children. Quaid bought the home recently in February for around $3.1 million. However, the actor has now listed the place for the same price.

This is the home’s second stint in the market, according to Zillow.

The home has now sold for $843,900, according to several media reports. Meanwhile, their 26 acre horse ranch in Thousand Oaks, California is on the market with a $13 million price tag. They just upped the asking price two weeks after listing the estate.
