Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Selling another Newport Coast Residence for $8.6 Million

LA Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa have reportedly listed another chunk of real estate in Newport Coast. Vanessa had sold off a mansion for $3.22 million, earlier in 2013 from the same chunk. The couple's latest listed property is asking $8.6 million, according to several reports.

Built in 1997, the mock-med style home sits on a gated and private compound. The house has been renovated to its current glory. It was apparently purchased for $1.7 million. Looks like, the Bryants are looking for a massive $7 million profit.

Covering almost half an acre, the residence comprises of four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The two-story home also has a large gym, an office, a theater and a hair salon. Outside the home has a large swimming pool and a spa, a sprawling lawn, an outdoor kitchen and a fire-pit, reports LA Times.

They still have another house in the area. Currently, the couple is vacationing in Italy. Recently, news of the Bryants having a third child was out. The news was triggered off by an Instagram post by Kobe. The photo showed "the Eiffel Tower in the background, a warm filter and a romantic gold heart effect accented Kobe and Vanessa Bryant locking lips in Paris. Kobe wrote a personal note to Vanessa before asking "3rd bimbo ;)?" according to NBC news.

However, Vanessa posted another photo of herself in church with a hashtag "#notpregnant" to calm the media down. The couple have two daughters.

The couple are very much in love and together after some tough times. Vanessa filed for divorce in 2011. However, the two reconciled in early 2013. In fact, the first mansion that Vanessa sold was Bryant's gift to her just after she filed for divorce.

Bryant grabbed headlines in 2003 for a sexual assault charge filed by a 19-year-old hotel employee. The charge was later dropped as the victim refused to testify in court. However, he admitted to indulging in an illicit encounter with the woman but did not admit rape. The incident led to Bryant losing many commercial contracts including the ones with McDonalds and Nutella. The case was later rumored to be settled in private.
