The other candidates, which the fans have guessed are Rool,  Isaac, Professor Layton and Shovel Knight. While the role of Shovel Knight is not from Nintendo, this game is also available on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. An Amiibo of a character has already been confirmed which suddenly seen in this game's roster, that is  why many fans have assumed that  the indie darling will be debuting in the "Smash Bros.", based on a Vine Report.

Yacht Club Games, the "Shovel Knight" developer have stated that their listing of  Amiibo in the roster of "Smash Bros." was a listing error. It's likely that the game developer is  misdirecting the fans, but until a final announcement is done, all fans could do is just to speculate.

"Super Smash Bros." will be available for Wii U and  3DS and the Wii U. The DLC characters which have been revealed so far are Ryu from "Street Fighter."
