Home Ownership Levels Predicted Not to Go Higher than 69.2% In the Near Future

The Census Bureau has recently reported about the homeownership rate for the second quarter of the present year. The reported rate of 63.4%of the second quarter is still lower than the highest homeownership rate of 69.2% in 2004, which the highest since the government started tracking homeownership data in 1965.
