Celebrity Homes: Jordan Spieth Upgrades Dallas Home; Golfer Buys New Mansion with Augusta Mural and Golf Simulator

Jordan Spieth has recently purchased a new $7 million Dallas mansion, which features an Augusta mural and a golf simulator.

Spieth bought the new mansion in Dallas, Texas for $7.15 million from another pro-golfer, Hunter Mahan, FTW of USA Today reported. The world's no. 1 golfer's new crib is said to have a total area of more than 10,000 sq. ft.

The Preston Hollow property was said to have been originally listed by Mahan at $9.5 million in May 2014, according to The Big Lead. However, the price dropped down to $8.495 million and then to $7.995 million, which is still more than $800,000 higher than the price Spieth acquired the estate for.

Prior to buying the $7 million mansion, the 22-year-old golfer used to live in Marc Cuban's neighborhood, which is also in the same city. After his career skyrocketed and after getting endorsement deals with Coke and Under Armour, Spieth could now afford a luxurious home, allowing him to purchase the property featuring an Augusta mural.

The home is brimming with all the goods typically found in extravagant homes. For the price tag, the features of the mansion make every single penny worth it.

Spieth's new crib is located in a gated community. The house is packed with three living rooms, a large master suite and finished basement. However, those are not even the icing on the cake.

The property boasts an interior courtyard complete with a fire pit and spa. Just a few meters away from these amenities are the infinity pool and a grassy lawn. There are separate guest quarters with kitchenette in the estate as well.

Inside the property is a colossal car garage which could house up to 12 vehicles. Also, the mansion is equipped with an elevator. The house also has an extensive gym, a basketball court, and a table tennis area. The 192-square-feet golf simulator is any golfer's dream and Spieth had already taken this feature for a test drive, as per his Instagram post.
