Scott Cawthon To Release Book 'Five Nights at Freddy's The Untold Story.' Will It Finally Unveil Mystery that Surrounds the FNAF Lore?

While updates on the widely anticipated movie adaptation of "Five Nights at Freddy's" are nothing more than morsels of teasers from the Twitter or Instagram of Director Gil Kenan, Scott Cawthon has gone ahead to come up with "Five Nights at Freddy's" novel.

First, Scott Cawthon has made the announcement by updating the official Scott Games website with the image of the upcoming novel's book cover. The book is titled "Five Nights at Freddy's The Untold Story." The book cover features Freddy Fazbear similar to how he appears in the games and behind him is a bloody sky background with a silhouette of a creepy tree.

With the book's title it looks like the novel promises to address all the mysteries that has lurked since "Five Nights at Freddy's 1." And for fans who can't wait to discover the answers to all the burning questions in "Five Night's at Freddy's," the electronic copy of the book will be released via Amazon Kindle on Dec 22.

Second, Cawthon has also personally revealed through Steam that he has worked on the book for the last ten months with the help of a professional writer. He has also teased, "It expands the mythos and reveals a human element never before seen in the games." He also said that a hardback edition will be released in stores in 2016.

As previously reported, "FNAF" are divided in a heated debate regarding the infamous bite. One camp believes that the victim was bitten by an animatronic in 1987, while the other camp believes that the bite occurred in 1983. Then a video by 8-bit Gaming thoroughly discusses the clues that point to "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" as the only true story and that 1, 2 and 3 are all nothing but nightmares of the victim who lies in a coma after being bitten by that animatronic.

Now that Scott Cawthon's "Five Nights at Freddy's Book the Untold Story" is revealed, fans can now hope that the book would finally galvanize the facts and slam all myths once and for all.
