Stephen Amell Net Worth: ‘Arrow’ Star Lists Studio City Property for $1.35M

Stephen Amell, whose net worth amounts to $3 million, is parting with his Studio City residence in Los Angeles as he puts it on the market for $1.35 million.

Los Angeles Times reported that the "Arrow" star's two-story property, located in the Silver Triangle area, has about 2,250 square feet of living space. The quaint home has a total of three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

Sitting on an elevated area, the home's simple muted wall exterior is a contrast to the colorful hues found inside. Almost every room showcases a different-colored wall and one even has horizontal stripes of gray, white and turquoise. These walls are paired with hardwood or tiled flooring and high vaulted ceilings, some with exposed beams.

When Amell moved in the property, he had the kitchen and master's suite updated. One of the highlights of this home is the glass-enclosed steam shower found in the master's bathroom.

The $1.35 million property has three levels of viewing decks which could double as a space for intimate powwows with friends and family. These decks are ideal for taking in the sight of the treetop and city.

Another highlight of the seemingly modest home is the brick-lined spa found at the back.

The 34-year-old actor bought the home in 2008 for only $625,000. It is about $700,000 less than the asking price now. The estate is listed under Keller Williams of Beverly Hills with agent Michael Carter.

Meanwhile, Amell has recently bought a Tudor-style home in Hollywood Hills for $3.62 million. With that tag price, the property is a big leap from his Studio City home and definitely more luxurious. Everything about this new home is grander than the old one. The outdoor not only has a spa but a pool as well and instead of viewing decks, there is a pergola with plush couches perfect for a day of relaxation.

The Canadian actor reportedly earned $3 million in 2015. He was previously earning an average of $1 million per year.

Stephen Amell can be seen playing the lead of the CW series "Arrow" airing every Wednesday night. He will be seen on the big screen in June in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows."
