Trent Richardson of Indianapolis Colts Selling Cleveland Home for $925,000

After being traded to Indianapolis Colts from the Cleveland Browns, Trent Richardson, the NFL running back is selling his home in Cleveland for $925,000, according to some real estate reports.

According to Realtor.com, Trent purchased the place in September 2012 for $900,000. Considering the list price, Trent is probably looking to pocket a slight profit.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 6965 single family home comprising of six bedrooms, four full and one half bathroom. Interiors feature mixed flooring and wood beamed ceilings with French windows. Some of its exclusive features include a gaming zone, a sun room and an outdoor kitchen.

Trent is not only trying to get a house off his back but is also trying to shrug controversies of a certain 'sex tape' where he is involving in the act with at least 3 women. The sex tape is reportedly being shopped online and has been offered to several media outlets, reports TMZ.

However, reps for Trent declined to comment. Is this another publicity stunt? The tape comes in a particularly rough time in Trent's career. This season, he has only scored a couple of touchdowns, reports IB Times.
