County Sheriff Department is trying to urge the 18-year old reality star to file a restraining order against the crazed fan. The obsessed fan has already tried to break into their home to get to Kylie for almost a dozen times, and on the last time he was put on psychiatric hold, he was able to escape - but he was eventually captured again by the police. Now the police fear that he might do it again, since they can only legally put him on psych hold for 72 hours. Once Kylie Jenner files a restraining order, if the stalker is caught again menacing in their property, he could face longer jail time.
