Renderings of 10 Madison Square West at 1107 Broadway Revealed

Renderings of the new residential addition to the former International Toy Center Building - 10 Madison Square West at 1107 Broadway, NYC has finally been revealed. The project is being developed by the Witkoff Group who purchased a 16-story office building (a part of the International Toy Center Building) for $191 million in 2011.

Nicollette Sheridan of the Desperate Housewives fame has finally found a renter for her secluded Bel Air home in Los Angeles, California. Sheridan had listed the home for rent sometime back in November 2012 with a monthly charge of $12,500. Sitting unoccupied for the last six months, the home has finally found a tenant.
