After three years of trying to sell her Los Felix house, "Private Practice" star Kate Walsh was finally able to sell her mansion for $4.675 million. She bought the house in 2007 for $4.75 million and put it up for sale in May 2010 with an asking price of $4.295 million. Though she finally made the sale a little below her purchasing price, she managed to earn a few thousand dollars above her initial asking price.
