U.S. Home Foreclosures Record Sharp Drop in February ; Foreclosure Starts Spike 10 percent

Home foreclosures in the U.S. witnessed a sharp drop in the month of February 2013, further pointing at the resurgent housing market. However, the number of foreclosure starts/initial filings were up 10 percent in February when compared to the rates of January.
