Grammar matters in real estate listings; errors, typos turn off buyers: Study

Calling all real estate agents, it’s time to become grammar Nazis. A new study by Redfin, popular online real estate portal and the grammar experts at Grammarly, the proofreading website, found that typos, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors are one of the top turn-offs for home hunters and buyers.

The SLS Beverly Hills luxury hotel has been put up for sale by Sam Nazarian, owner and founder of the hotel’s parent company SBE Entertainment Group LLC. The move comes in an effort to downsize on real estate and concentrate on managerial operations.

Ali Landry, the "Doritos Girl", has reportedly increased the asking price of her Moroccan-style Los Feliz residence and re-listed it for $1.99 million. She first listed the home in May last year with a $1.92 million price tag.
