Downtown Miami Railway Station to Start Construction in Late 2013

Construction on the “All Aboard Florida” railway station is likely to begin in the latter half of 2013, project development officials said to the Miami Today, Thursday May 9.

News International in Talks to Move Office to “The Baby Shard”

News International, a subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch owned publishing house, News Corporation is in advanced talks of shifting its U.K. base to a 17-story building, The Place. It is located just beside the Shard building near the river Thames.

JPMorgan Unit Buying Manhattan Office Tower for $750 Million

JP Morgan Asset Management, a unit of JP Morgan Chase has agreed to buy a posh 31-story office building in Manhattan, New York for something around $750 million. The building is one of the two office towers that are being auctioned off by major property firm, Hines.
