Casa Casuarina, the Versace Mansion Goes Under the Hammer for $41.5 Million

The famous Casa Casuarina that once belonged to late fashion mogul and founder of couture brand 'Versace', Gianni Versace, reportedly sold for $41.5 million in the auction held September 17, 2013. The residence went to VM South Beach LLC who won the bid to purchase it. A court will approve the sale of the mansion Wednesday, according to several media sources.
