Jennifer Lopez’s Apartment Hunt Continues; Tours This TriBeCa Penthouse

"Live it Up" hitmaker Jennifer Lopez's hunt for the perfect abode in New York City continues as she was recently spotted checking out another residence in the triBeCa neighborhood of the Big Apple.

The New York Post has been following Lopez's home-hunt trail for quite some time now. In September, the publication reported spotting the "Maid in Manhattan" actress taking a look at the photos of condos at the Walker Tower while she lunched at CookShop in the neighborhood.

She was accompanied by Fredrik Eklund, the "Million Dollar Listing" broker who is an agent with Douglas Elliman.

Later that month, Lopez was seen walking through a townhouse located at 460 W 22nd St, which is owned by Bill White and Bryan Eure. The Post got hold of some pictures of Lopez Eklund, who seems to be assisting the "On the Floor" singer with her home search.

This time, the Post is reporting that the "On the Floor" crooner checked out a penthouse atop the building at 55 Warren Street.

The residence is a 5,924-square-foot home that has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

Interiors of the residence boast of light hardwood flooring, high drywall ceilings, large glass windows that allow for ample ventilation and a spacious floor plan.

Priced at $13.99 million, the residence provides luxurious amenities like a rooftop deck with a pool and lounge area, a custom Italianate chef's kitchen and beautiful living spaces.
