Jennifer Lopez Continues to Look for Apartments in New York City

Jennifer Lopez, the "Booty" hitmaker, is fiercely looking for a space in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, New York City, as she was spotted home hunting for the second time in a matter of just two days.

The New York Post is reporting that Lopez was checking out a townhouse located at 460 W 22nd St, which is owned by Bill White and Bryan Eure.

The Post got hold of some pictures of Lopez and Fredrik Eklund, the "Million Dollar Listing" broker who is an agent with Douglas Elliman, who seems to be assisting the "On the Floor" singer with her home search.

The Latina beauty was seen sporting a denim shirt and a matching pair of jeans. She had her tresses down and loose and had a determined look on her face, although her eyes were covered with shades.

Sources told the Post that Lopez arrived just after The Architectural Digest finished touring the place.

"The people on the Architectural Digest tour were just leaving when Jennifer arrived. They were amazed," one insider said.

Listing records at Trulia show that the home last sold for $4.6 million in 2012 and doesn't seem to be on market as such. The sellers might be marketing it in an off-market deal.

The building at 460 W 22nd St is a four-storey townhouse that was built in 1990. Spanning an area of 3,376 square feet, the home has five bedrooms, a huge kitchen, two living rooms, one dining area, a study and a bonus room as well.

The Post earlier revealed that the "Maid in Manhattan" actress' budget range was about $20 million. An off-market condo at the Walker Tower apparently caught Lopez's attention and the price range of that residence was between $20 million and $25 million.

While we have no clue about why Lopez is only looking at off-market homes, we do hope she finds her dream Manhattan home soon.

Even as Lopez wants to get a bite of the Big Apple, her on-and-off flame Casper Smart recently dropped $760,000 on a Woodland Hills, Calif., home.

Smart's new bachelor pad is a 2,039-square-foot single-family home, comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Take a look at that property here.
