Honey Boo Boo's Mama June Lashes Out at the Duggars; Wants Her Own Show?

Mama June Shannon is speaking out against TLC for re-hiring the Duggars while leaving her family still without a show.

"TLC does some crazy stuff," Shannon recently told Radar Online. "Jill and Jessa are going back on TV. Don't tell me the Duggars aren't going to be a part of that. They are working the Duggars back on TV in their own secret way."

Just months after Josh Duggar's sex scandals and the cancellation of "19 Kids and Counting," the Duggars are making their way back to reality television with a spin-off show entitled "Jill and Jessa: Counting On," which is set to premiere on Dec. 13. Meanwhile, Shannon's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" is still left hanging, with TLC showing no interest for a continuation or a spin-off.

"Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" enjoyed four seasons on air, before being cancelled in 2014 over Shannon's history of dating a Mark McDaniel, a convicted child molester.

Shannon also pointed out the special treatment the network has been giving the Duggar family. "TLC took everything from us," she continued. "They took so much away from the girls. Their bodyguards. They made them leave. The Duggars had security for weeks after they were cancelled. They took out the two people who had been in my kids' lives for three years. If you were concerned about my kids, then why did you do that?"

Indeed, TLC has been renewing their intrigue-laden reality stars, save from Shannon and daughter Honey Boo Boo. Kate Gosselin was also given a spin-off show after her controversial split with Jon Gosselin.

"They are bringing 'Kate Plus 8' and they told me she was the worst person to work for and they were never going to bring her back," Shannon ranted. "I can't believe TLC is bringing her back."

Shannon now stars in another reality series for another network, WeTV's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars." The new season premiered last Friday, Dec. 4. Shannon appears with her cheating husband, Sugar Bear.

When asked if she would be open for a "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" spin-off, Shannon replied positively. "We would be open to it. The girls have missed it," she said.
