Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner Physical Enhancements are Most Requested, Botched Doctor Says

The upcoming "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" new season will tackle on the physical enhancements of Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, Botched surgeon Doctor Terry Dubrow revealed.

Apparently, the rising fame of Kim also has to do with her big derriere and curvaceous figure which she can maintain even during her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Kylie is also known for her lip enhancement which even sparked a teen trend on social media called the "Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge" where teens plump their lips using a shot glass or a bottle, Washington Post reported.

With that, the bum augmentation of Kim as well as the enhanced lips of Kylie, became a rising trend resulting in increased request for such enhancements.

"What we've really seen a trend towards is Botched buttocks. Buttock augmentation. We're seeing crazy implants put in the butt that have migrated and all sorts of crazy methods to enhance the backside that have gone badly," Dr. Dubrow said according to Mirror, adding that many want to have that Kardashian-inspired derriere as well as lip plumping.

"No question about it. I think that the Kardashians have made it all about buttocks and size enlargement," he said, "And now that Kylie is such a major star it's also about lip enhancement."

Dr. Dubrow stars in Botched with his co-worker Dr. Paul Nassif. He said that Dr. Nassif will be part of an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" for a "medical issue" in the family.

Despite having a good working relationship, Dr. Dubrow said that there are certain misunderstandings between him and Dr. Nassif pertaining to patients they work on like the Lucy who stars in the first episode of series 2B.

The E! reality star also revealed that he will be working with his wife Heather Dubrow of the "Real Housewives of Orange County." Heather was part of the first half of the season as a patient and the couple is looking forward to work together in a new show, Botched Post-Op.

"It was fun because I had been seeing her so little in the last several months because I've been doing Botched like crazy. I found a way to work together by putting her on my show - we have a new show coming out called Botched Post-Op. Which is an after Botched talk show," he said, adding that it will be his chance to spend more time with his wife.

"Botched" Season 2B will premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 9 p.m. on E! while "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" Season 11 will premiere on Nov. 15.
