Sure, the price might not be for the average homeowner, but it is relatively cheaper when compared to most real estate properties being sold by famous celebrities in most online real estate markets of today.

According to Fox Business, her previously owned Beverly Mansion has recently sold only three (3) days after the successful premiere of a documentary titled "Framing Britney Spears". The said documentary tackles the conservatorship of the now infamous music icon, due to her history of both personal and financial reasons that were mostly determental to the said music icon.

For those who don't know, a conservatorship is a legal concept within the country, wherein a local judeg appoints a guardian or protector to the client in question (in this case, Spears herself). The major reason for this is due to the client's inability or lack of proper ability to handle most of their financial decisions, as well as their personal decisions in life. Aside from that reasoning, a conservatorship may be also implemented if:
- The client has either physical or mental limitations that may hinder their ability to proper handle those kind of decisions and affairs.
- The person is too old to handle such decisions and affairs in their lives.

According to Dirt.com, Spears originally purchased the property in 2007 for the amount of $6.75 million. After a month from purchase, she then moved into after the infamous incident mentioned earlier. After that shaving incident, Spear's career went into a downward spiral bizarreness and madness, ruining her previous music career in the process. The next year of 2008, her conservatorship started after a series of scandals and controversies the previous year.
However, one might not know that she (probably her guardian or protector from the conservatorship) tried to sell the property just two months after owning it, for the asking price of $7.5 million in the market. Unfortunately, the property wasn't sold by that time and by 2009, she have moved out of Los Angeles entirely. Instead, she started renting out a home and purchasing other properties in San Fernando Valley & Ventura County.
