EPL Scores, Table & Highlights 2015: Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United Win [Video]

Chelsea maintained their lead in the English Premier League title race, but Manchester City and Manchester United also kept their respective title hopes alive with victories on Wednesday.

Chelsea were on the verge of losing two of their seven-point lead over Manchester City, but Willian came to rescue to lead the Blues to a 1-0 win against Everton at Stamford Bridge in England.

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard had an excellent night and looked poise to have a clean sheet with six saves, but Willian saved the best for last as he struck the goal in the 89th minute to give Chelsea a crucial victory.

Nemanja Matic actually netted a goal four minutes from time, but was disallowed for offside. The two teams had a heated battle all-night long. Tempers flared when Gareth Barry earned his second yellow card for tripping Willian, while Branislav Ivanovic appeared to headbutt James McCarthy.

Meanwhile, Manchester City stayed within striking distance in the English Premier League standings with an impressive 4-1 victory against Stoke City at Britannia Stadium.

Sergio Aguero ended his slump on Wednesday, scoring for the first time since returning from an injury with an excellent strike in the 33rd minute of the match. Stoke City forward answered with his own strike in the 38th minute to tie the game before the break.

James Milner then gave the defending Premier League champions a 2-1 lead in the 55th minute before Aguero scored his second goal off a penalty in 70th minute. Samir Nasri sealed the victory in the 76th minute.

On the other hand, Manchester United moved to third in the standings as the Red Devils cruised to a 3-1 win against over Burnley in front of more than 75,000 fans at Old Trafford.

Chris Smalling was the hero for Manchester United as he scored the opener six minutes into the match. Danny Ings scored the equalizer in the 12th minute, but Smalling answered with his second strike of the match before the half. Robin Van Persie then gave them enough breathing room with a goal in the 82nd minute off a penalty.

With the win, the Red Devils are now third in the English Premier League table with 47 points - one-point ahead of Southampton, who fought West Ham United to a scoreless draw at The Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium.

Chelsea are still comfortably ahead in the title race with 59 points, while Manchester City remained second with 52 points in 25 matches.
