Former Nets player Deron Williams has listed his Tribeca condo now that he is playing for the Dallas Mavericks. According to New York Curbed, the property was originally listed for $33.5 million, but the basketball star just relisted the condo after a $2.5 million price cut. The property which he originally bought for $15.8 million in 2013 is now listed for $31 million.

It was reported that the astonishing increase in the price of the property was due to some updates made in the last few years. The six-bedroom penthouse which is located atop 35 North Moore Street has a total of 7,200-square-foot space and it also includes 3,000 square feet of outdoor space.

It has 1,500-square-foot terrace which has a tranquil fireplace and spacious seating area. The exterior also has a BBQ and a dog house. The stunning gallery-style entry hall can be accessed through the direct elevator, and the house boats high ceilings and walls of windows. It is also designed with top-of-the-line finishes and has an elegant ambience.

In the north wing of the house is a sky-lit great room with 17-foot-high ceilings and a 50-foot expanse of floor- to-ceiling windows. There is also a generous seating area and a cozy fireplace. The grand room also has a wet bar and is integrated with surround sound system. It has sliding glass doors which lead to the gorgeous outdoor space.

The fully upgraded chef's kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a commercial range dishwasher and industrial refrigerators. Adjacent to it is the 300-bottle, glass-enclosed climate-controlled wine room. The floating staircase leads to the stunning master bedroom which features a dressing room and a spa bathroom. The south wing of the property comprises the casual living rooms with terrace access. There is also a media room with 80-inch and 10-inch televisions screens.
