Rob Cohen, the famous director producer behind blockbuster movies like "The Fast and the Furious (2001)", "Dragonheart" and "XXX", has reportedly put his point Dume, Malibu, home up for sale with a $6.39 million price tag.

Property records show that the home last sold in 2008 for $5.35 million. The Real Estalker (via Variety) notes that Cohen and his wife bought the house just after they had their triplets during Easter that year.

"Well, my family increased by three last Thursday night. Jasi, Zoe and Sean arrived very small (around 3 ½ pounds) but very healthy. They're now in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where they will stay for the next month before coming home. Barbara is terrific and coming home from the hospital as I write this. It is truly the season of re-birth so happy Easter to you all," the director wrote in a blog post announcing the babies' arrival.

Cohen's home is situated in a celeb-studded area and his neighbors include Matthew McConaughy, Sydney Kimmel and musician Pink.

Cohen was recently spotted hanging out with Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan in Mumbai, India, which gave rise to several speculations that he might be casting the "Krrish" actor in his next movie. However, Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan told the Indian Express:

"We've known Rob from the time when we did Kites. Rob is a big fan of Hrithik. It's true he wants to make a film with Hrithik. But there's no project at the moment."
