WWE Raw & Smackdown News: Bray Wyatt to Face Undertaker In Wrestlemania 31? [Rumors]

Rumors have it that Bray Wyatt is the frontrunner to face the Undertaker during the upcoming Wrestlemania 31 in Santa Clara next year, Fan Sided reported.

With Wrestlemania 31 fast approaching, names and rumors are circulating around the WWE as to who is going to end up facing who. One such pair that was called weeks ago was a possible matchup between Sting and the Undertaker. However, recent rumors say it that it's actually Wyatt who's more likely to face the Deadman, should the latter decide to compete.

The decision for Wyatt to be the one to face the Undertaker stemmed from the younger wrestler's match last Sunday against Dean Ambrose at the "WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders, Chairs......Stairs," where he won against Ambrose, according to Wrestling Rumors.

The smack down has not yet been locked down though, and WWE is still looking into setting up the match and building anticipation for Wyatt as his rivalry with John Cena and knocking off Chris Jericho did not seem to boost his reputation that much, according to Bleacher Report.

Should it become a Wyatt-Undertaker faceoff, Undertaker's initially rumored opponent Sting might end up going against Triple H instead, a dream match that has been anticipated for years, according to Wrestling Rumors.

However, WWE has yet to release word on whether or not these matchups are possible or even being considered.

Fans may have heard wrestlers such as Dolph Zigger and Seth Rollins referring to Sting as The Vigilante. According to reports, Sting is reportedly getting a new title change as The Vigilante after WWE has issued a directive that all announcers, wrestlers and Superstars, with no exceptions, were to start referring to him by his new title.

Other than promoting Sting's new title, WWE is also reportedly looking to build their own physical Hall of Fame, which might be built in Orlando, Florida. Reports even have it that WWE is gathering pieces that they can add to the Hall, such as Bruno Sammartino's old WWWF world title belt which was owned by Dan Lambert of the American Top Team.

Rumors also have it that WWE is welcoming back tag team Benjamin and Charlie Haas, especially after WWE refiled a trademark for Benjamin's name. However, the duo were quick to nip that rumor in the bud by saying they would not be rejoining WWE.
