Dallas Real Estate Listing: One Of The 7 Knock Off White Houses Has Its Asking Price Drops

If you are following or at least checking from time to time the Dallas real estate listing, then you would know that one of the 7 knock off White Houses has its asking price drops.

It has been reported some time first quarter of 2015 that there are 7 Knock Off White Houses listed in Dallas real estate properties by the Curbed. In the article, it says that "it's asking $19.5M."

But then 9 months after, the asking price has gone down. According to Curbed, this Over-The-Top White House is now for sale for $15 Million. The previous report didn't give concrete details of this real estate property in Dallas, Texas. It only mentioned that it is "built in 1996, this 16,041-square-foot White House copycat nails the manicured lawn and iconic fountain seen in front of the real thing."

 But now, here's the vivid description of Dallas Mansion. It is embellished with "white limestone exterior and impressive semicircular colonnade." The style is noted as "less presidential pad and more splashy French château."

It is described as Over-The-Top White House for obvious reason, its exterior really speaks for its adjective. Report states that it has been renovated extensively, which definitely gets an A+ rating for all its effort.

The interior brags a number of antique French fireplaces. Its flooring is no less made of custom French limestone. Everyone must also be impressed with its staircase modeled after one in a Parisian museum.

This Dallas mansion has a "massive brick wine cellar with groin vault ceiling, Louis XIV-style chandeliers, a bathroom with marble flooring replicating a pattern employed in Versailles." This real estate property grandly stood in the midst of a landscaped 3.3 acres with its gate and perimeter fence.

The amenities of this Over-The-Top White House also include "a formal garden, tennis court, pavilion, and six-car garage (including two limo-length spaces)."
