NFL Week 9 Scores & Live Stream: Patriots vs. Broncos – TV Schedule, Box Score Stats, Highlights

For the 16th time in their legendary NFL career, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Denver Broncos signal-caller Peyton Manning face off each other in what will likely be another epic showdown at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Two of the best quarterbacks in this generation will meet again, and both will certainly capitalize the moment to put a stamp in one of the most highly-touted showdown in NFL history.

But this game doesn't focus alone on the Brady-Manning showdown. It also features the battle between two elite football teams trying to stay hot heading into the final of half of the regular-season.

What's at Stake?

After starting the season at 2-2, the Patriots recaptured the top spot of the AFC East after racking up four consecutive victories. But unlike the previous season, the division has become a lot competitive with the significant improvement shown by the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills, which both boast a 5-3 record.

For New England, a victory against the Broncos will not only give them some breathing room in their division but also serve as a big statement for the rest of the league.

Meanwhile, the Broncos are looking to extend their winning streak to five games and distance themselves from division rivals San Diego Chargers (5-3) and Kansas City Royals (4-3). A win against the Patriots would allow the Broncos to build more momentum towards the end of the regular-season.

Players To Watch:

New England Patriots: QB Tom Brady (181-281, 2059 passing yards, 18 touchdowns), TE Rob Gronkowski (40 receptions, 558 receiving yards, 7 touchdowns)

Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning (174-252, 2134 passing yards, 22 touchdowns), RB Ronnie Hillman (75 car, 349 rushing yards, 2 TDs).

Quotes To Ponder:

"Look, you wait a year to play this game. You get one of the best teams in the league against us, and we feel like we're a pretty good team, and that's why you play the game. It doesn't get any better than this," Brady said of his upcoming matchup with Manning and the Broncos.
