Rent Jared Dudley’s San Diego Home for $9,900 a Month

Jared Dudley, the famous NBA forward of the Milwaukee Bucks, is reportedly offering his San Diego home for rent asking just $9,900 a month.

The Los Angeles Times broke news of the rental noting that Neda Nourani of Pacific Sotheby's International Realty is marketing the residence.

Property records show that Dudley bought the home in March 2013 for $2.45 million. The home came up for sale in April this year, got a price change in July but was taken off the market in August.

The listing says this is just a short term rental being offered for three to six months. The two-storey residence spans an area of 6,000 square feet and has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms.

Boasting of Mediterranean architecture, interiors of the residence feature dark hardwood floors, stone and drywall ceilings and French windows and doors with wide hallways.

The home has two family rooms, a dining area, a formal drawing room, a bonus room, a modern kitchen with a center island and custom cabinetry, an office, a theater and a gym. There is a one-of-a-kind wine cellar and laundry facility as well. The guest suites are on the upper floor of the house.

Its exteriors are perhaps the best feature of the home. There is a manicured lawn, a resort-like pool with spa and waterfall features, two cabanas, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and a four-car parking space.

News of the rental listing comes just after Dudley got traded to the Milwaukee Bucks from the Los Angeles Clippers. Dudley had a rough season with the Clippers mostly because of his injuries.

"It was probably the most injury-plagued season I've had. I was trying to sacrifice myself. I told Coach (Doc) Rivers that I couldn't go, but we had so many injuries he needed me to fight through it," Dudley told ESPN in an interview.

However, for a seven-year veteran, injuries are no barrier. Dudley hopes to have a good season this year with a new team, new players and a new coach as well.

"I've played in all kinds of situations. As a professional, you have to come in with the right mindset and play the game the right way. This team has a lot going for it with Jabari coming in here ... that's a huge upside," Dudley added.
