Rihanna's Pacific Palisades home, which the songstress once rented out, has re-surfaced on the market with a lower asking price of $12.99 million.
Rihanna set property headlines on fire when she purchased the residence for $12 million in 2012. She only spent little time in the house but during her stay, several burglary and trespassing incidents were reported.
In October 2013, moving trucks were seen near the house, taking away the "Diamonds" hitmaker's belongings. Rihanna's realtors told TMZ that the Barbadian crooner was fed up with the privacy issues and was moving to avoid all the commotion.
Soon after, in November of that year, Rihanna rented out the residence for $65,000 per month. At the time, she was on her "Diamonds" tour and was herself renting a condo in Manhattan for $35,000 a month.
The home came up on the market for $14.99 million in March, this year, but got delisted earlier this month only to make a discounted comeback. Nadia Emelia of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is representing the property.
Listing records show that the residence is a 9,595-square-foot single-family house sitting on a 0.78-acre lot. The home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Dark paneled hardwood and tiled floors, high drywall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows make up the interiors of the plush home.
An open floor plan encompasses a formal living room, a dining area, media rooms and game rooms.
Outside, the house has a large swimming pool with fountain features and a spa, a barbecue area with a fire pit and a detached parking garage.
The listing describes the place as "Irresistibly priced, located right off of Sunset sits this spectacular private and gated celebrity escape."
"This is truly an amazing opportunity to own a significant estate with quality of construction and architectural pedigree to enjoy the best of both in and outdoor living," it adds.

Rihanna also has a mansion in Barbados. According to Contactmusic.com, she has been finishing up the $9.6 million renovation work on her waterfront home, having added three themed bars and a nightclub to the house.
In April this year, it was reported that Rihanna was renting out an $8 million Hollywood Hills fortress. More recently, Ri-Ri was spotted home hunting in New York City. She checked out an $18 million condo, which is currently three separate units. The residences need renovating.
