Texas-based real estate investment firm Olympus Property has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee.

"We are thrilled to be expanding our Nashville portfolio with Midtown. Nashville is a strong fundamental market and we believe in the long term growth story," said Anthony Wonderly, Co-owner of Olympus Property.

According to the press release of Olympus Property in PR Newswire, Midtown is a 170-units Class "A" mid-rise apartment community that was built in 2010. The apartments feature ultra-modern kitchens and baths, black energy star appliances, granite countertops, spacious walk-in closets, expansive nine-foot ceilings, wood flooring, designer cabinetry, under mount sinks, washers/dryers, and patios/balconies with Nashville skyline views. Midtown also features world-class amenities including a media lounge with billiards and Wi-Fi, a "Zen inspired" garden, a 24-hour sky bridge fitness studio, elevator access, electronic building access, a parking garage and valet, plus dry cleaning services.

The Class "A" apartment community is strategically located across almost two acres of land in between Nashville's most thriving economic areas: Downtown, West End and The Gulch. The property boasts a highly preferred in-fill location in the center of roughly 150,000 jobs with direct access to West End and Charlotte Avenue.

"The Midtown property is a strategic acquisition with its central Nashville location and high end finish out. It will be a long term hold for Olympus," stated Chandler Wonderly, co-founder of Olympus Property.

Olympus Property is a Texas-based full-service multi-family investment and property management organization that was built in 1992. At present, Olympus Property owns and manages 11,000 units across eight states including, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Arizona, Tennessee, Georgia, New Mexico, and California.

The Midtown is the third asset acquired in Olympus Property's Tennessee portfolio and is the fourth property to be added to Olympus Property's fifth fund, WW Olympus Property V, LLC. The investment structure will provide investors an opportunity to diversify among numerous multi-family assets in strong markets throughout the United States.
