Aside from keeping himself busy with the Champions Tour, legendary pro golfer Mark Calcavecchia is also preoccupied with improving his real estate portfolio. The 1989 British Open champion just listed his waterfront estate in Tequesta, Fl for $5.5 million, Angela Colley of Realtor reports.

For now, there's only one photo of the estate on the listing and those who are interested to take a tour of the property would have to wait until after the holidays for the schedules of showing. However, the listing gave some good hints on what can be expected of the golfer's mansion - he loves bowling!

Showcasing a Mediterranean style, the estate, built in 2009, is at 7,268 square feet. The main house has four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and visitors can stay in a separate guesthouse. Being by the riverside, it offers magnificent water views and a breathtaking sunset.

The singe-family home is also an epitome of good and expensive taste. The finishes are undeniably top-of-the-line; the floors are either of marble or hardwood materials, has proud cathedral ceilings, says the listing.

There sure are plenty of rooms and space to live and entertain. It has a den, a wonderful living room, and the ultimate family room. Entertaining also wouldn't be a problem as the mansion comes with its very own indoor bowling that boasts two professional lanes, a swimming pool, and friends and family can gather in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy barbeque in the spacious exterior living area.

Calcavecchia was formerly part of the PGA tour, and bagged thirteen trophies from the said event including the 1989 Open Championship or "the British Open", which is one of golf's four major championships, according to Wikipedia. He won that title by beating Wayne Grady and Greg Norman in a four-hole playoff. He also won in 13 other professional events.  He remained in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Rankings from 1988 to 1991 and has three Phoenix Open trophies to his name.
