Charlie Sheen Sells Westlake Village Home for $1.62 Million

Charlie Sheen, the "Anger management" star, has reportedly sold his home in Westlake Village, Calif., for $1.62 million just a month from listing it.

Sheen listed the house with a $1.69 million price tag. Though it sold a little under the asking price, Sheen seems to have made a profit because he bought the house for $1.6 million in March 2013.

The records state that the home is a 3,883-square-feet single-family house, comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Sitting on a prime 0.54-acre lot, the place is laden with exclusive amenities like an infinity pool overlooking the city, a built-in barbecue and rolling plantations surrounding the home.

Inside, the home boasts of a light hardwood floors, French doors and windows and high drywall ceilings. There is a modern kitchen, a sitting room with a fireplace, dressing rooms, a children's playroom and an office studio.

The listing described the place as an "entertainer's dream home nestled on premium corner lot in the White Hawk area of North Ranch" adding that the "Exquisite backyard refuge affords total privacy...quiet & serene with endless views!"

Sheen has another Los Angeles property on the market, which he once shared with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

Meanwhile, the former "Two and a Half Men" star is partying with his fiancé Brett Rossi and socialite Paris Hilton in Malibu at the beach house Hilton and her sister Nikki have been renting. Paris is leasing the residence for the whole month of July. The socialite has been hosting several parties in the house.
