Seven Seas Entertainment Gets The ‘Magia the Ninth’ Manga License

Seven Seas Entertainment recently acquires the license in publishing the "Magia the Ninth" manga. This official announcement has made on Monday.

According to Anime News Network, the Seven Seas Entertainment revealed its plan in publishing the manga of Ichiya Sazanami. The publishing company intends to release the first volume of "Magia the Ninth" on Nov. 22, 2016.

Fandom Post states that the manga series has already a recent starter which was published last summer, and another one will be released later this December. However, the Seven Seas will be publishing a print form of Ichiya Sazanami's "Magia the Ninth." The printed form will be released as "single volumes beginning next year where each volume will contain at least two full-color pages." The suggested retail prices of each volume will cost fans in North America for $12.99 USA / $14.99 CAN.

In an interview with the Seven Seas production manager Lissa Pattillo, she said that her impression of Ichiya Sazanami's manga "Magia the Ninth" is that it has a great art. She also mentioned that "are fun, and the story about a group of powerful exorcists based on famous musical composers is irresistible."

Crunchyroll also reports that Seven Seas Entertainment does not only add "Magia the Ninth" but also Suzuki Kenya's full-color manga "Please Tell Me! Galko-chan."

Taken under Beethoven's wing, Takeru joins the ranks of other renowned magia: Bach, Mozart, Shubert, Liszt and Tchaikovsky. This unique team of demon hunters will use their music-based magic to combat the world's demons. Now all Takeru needs to do is figure out how to convince Beethoven to upgrade him from his personal cleaning boy to a full-fledged apprentice!"
