According to the press release of CBRE in Business Wire, TCG is the first national investment sales firm that was established mainly to provide transaction services to owners of affordable multi-family properties. The firm is also the first in the market in valuation and sale of affordable properties that carry tax credits, and has executed more than $10 billion in sales and financing across the country. TCG has more than 50 professionals within its rank and is led by Robert Sheppard, Armand Tiberio, Spencer Hurst, and Jeff Arrowsmith.
