Ian Harding of "Pretty Little Liars" ditched his Laurel Canyon bungalow for a newly built contemporary in L.A.'s Eagle Rock neighborhood for $1.295 million, Daily Press reports.
The actor's former Hollywood Hills home was listed for $1.195 million and was seated on a 6,000 square feet Laurel Canyon area where small lots are common, according to LA Times. The bohemian vibe bungalow boasted vaulted ceilings, built-in shelves, as well as interior details of mainly wood which correlates with the bohemian theme vibe. Built in 1948, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom 1,241-square feet home also comes with a guesthouse with its own kitchenette.
After selling his Laurel Canyon home, everyone's been on the lookout on what he buys next. After three years in the Hollywood Hills, Harding is moving to Eagle Rock on a property perched on a hillside in Eagle Rock. The actor's new crib offers amazing views of the cityscape with its multiple decks. At 2,360-square feet and with an open living space and 11-foot high ceilings, the estate offers a loft-like feel.
Harding's master suite is complete with a deck, a walk-in closet, and a two-vanity which makes a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is also competitive in terms of new innovations in interior design with its energy-saving features that include energy-efficient doors and windows, and a ceiling heat barrier.
In the backyard, the landscaping is boosted with artificial turf that makes for an all-year drought-free scene. There is also enough room for two cars in the frosted glass door two-car garage.
Just this year, Harding starred in the 2015 movie "Addiction: A 60's Love Story." Another film project is also set for the 29-year-old actor in the movie "Oil City" which is about a high school football team in a Pennsylvania steel town.
Harding starred in the 2010 series "Hollywood Is Like High School With Money" and the hit ABC teen drama mystery-thriller TV series "Pretty Little Liars" is now on its Season 6B.
