"General Hospital" spoilers for Tuesday, Dec. 1 are in and tease that more secrets, lies, confrontations and violence are up for everyone in Port Charles.
According to Soap Opera Spy, Liz, Julian and Laura are about to deal with more lies and major threats. To start it off, Carly Corinthos will rant at Liz Webber and will her to beak it off with Jason Morgan since he should be with Sam Morgan and so that he can continue to live his life. Will Jason stand up for Liz?
However, "GH" spoilers also tease that Jason will take Liz's side against Carly and Sam. The two women from his past must unite if they really want to take down Liz, but that will be a big fight for them.
Meanwhile, Celebrity Dirty Laundry shared that Patrick Drake and Jason are up for some confrontations about Sam because Drake becomes very territorial of her. Patrick wants Jason to be completely out of Sam's life, but Jason will tell him that will never happen because of Danny.
It seems like it did not yet sink in to Patrick that Jason does not want Sam. Patrick is desperate to make things work with Sam while Sam on the other hand is pre-occupied with Jason and the secrets that Liz is keeping from him. Sam will continue to sniff in for Liz's secret and she will invite Laura Spencer in order to dig in more information. But will Laura squeal Liz's secrets to Sam or will she lie right to her face?
Laura just promised Nikolas Cassadine that she will keep the secret that he and Liz knew Jason's real identity for quite some time now and that they kept it from everyone else. Will Sam be persuasive enough to convince Laura to spill the beans or will Sam be left with no choice but to confront Liz about it?
Meanwhile, Julian Jerome will get an unlikely visit from Franco who is suspicious on why she hired Nina Clay. Franco wants to make sure that she is not messing things with Nina since she gave her a job that she is not qualified for.
At Crimson, Maxine Jones is set to transform Nina into the best editor and will give her a makeover to fit perfectly. Maxine is determined to keep her job that is why she is helping Nina.
And finally, spoilers tease that Ava Jerome will confront her partner in crime, Paul Hornsby, about the weapons that she found on his crates. Ava will panic when she saw the piles of weapons delivered in her gallery given that she knows that Paul is up for more trouble in Port Charles.
