Joe Hahn of ‘Linkin Park’ sells Brentwood home for $4 million

Joe Hahn or Mr. Hahn, the popular DJ and sampler of the sensational alternative rock band, 'Linkin Park', has reportedly sold his Brentwood, Los Angeles, home for $4 million.

The Los Angeles Times broke news of the sale. The home had first debuted on the market for $5.5 million in January 2013. However, failing to find a buyer through the months, he re-listed the property for $4.6 million in July that year.

Though he took a loss on the asking price, he still managed to make a slight profit off the deal as he had purchased the residence for $3.9 million in 2006.

The residence is a large 6,893-square-foot, single-family home sitting on a 0.66-acre lot. The home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across its three stories. The contemporary style home has lovely interiors with tiled and marble floors and large glass doors and windows.

The beautiful residence was designed by AIA startchitect John Porter. As you can see in the embed above, the home's interiors are sleek and offer fabulous views of the canyons and the ocean.

Hahn grew up in the Glendale area of Los Angeles. He shot to fame with his music for "Linkin Park." He became the first Korean-American to ever win a Grammy. The band won "best hard rock performance" in 2002.

Linkin Park has been making music for around 18 years now. They have released around five records, sold 50 million albums and haven't yet lost their beat. The band has always been reinventing and innovating its music.

The band recently released their new single "Guilty All the Same," which is "the first fully interactive, remixable music video within a video game," according to CNet.com.
