'Frozen 2' Movie Spoilers, Casts, Release Date, Plot, Rumors: Will Deliver a Positive Message, Rumored to Be LGBT-Friendly

“Frozen 2” spoilers and speculations are making rounds on the internet after the success of the original "Frozen." Chris Buck, the director of the much-awaited sequel revealed that the film holds a powerful message for the youth and would be LGBT-friendly.

“When the kids [watch] them, they watch them over and over again, and if we don’t have a decent message in there, I think we’ve missed an opportunity,” Buck said according to MTV News.

Reports reveal that Disney is not enforcing the plot of the movie because it might affect the quality of the film. Aside from that, they are not rushing the production of "Frozen 2" according to Walt Disney’s CEO Bob Iger despite the pressure to meet the viewers' expectations due to how famous "Frozen" became, Ecumenical News reported.

The Oscar awarded director and writer Jennifer Lee teased that the sequel will definitely "live up to the hype and bring back one of Disney’s most favorite tales to life one again," Movie News Guide wrote. Buck also added that it will deliver a powerful and positive message to the children and might tackle an important issue.

“I think we’re very aware of what is happening in society,” Buck said. “I don’t think any of us take [them] lightly, even though they can be very funny and entertaining, the messages that our movies have and the influence they can have on young people. When the kids [watch] them, they watch them over and over again, and if we don’t have a decent message in there, I think we’ve missed an opportunity.”

Because of that, the sequel is also rumored to be LGBT-friendly. Other speculations reveal that Elsa is a lesbian and will find love in the sequel or there might be a gay character in the movie. Although reports said that they are not certain of its ultramodern modification, there is a possibility that both Anna and Elsa will go through many changes. The character of Ana will evolve while Elsa will have a lighter personality like what we saw in the short film, "Frozen Fever."

Since the relation between Anna and Elsa is the center of the story, the sequel will reprise the ladies' strong character. "Frozen 2" will be light and fun with some dramatic and emotional twist in the end.

"We have an overall idea, a concept, which I think is a very strong one. I’m very excited about doing it," Buck added who is still exchanging ideas with Lee for the upcoming sequel of Disney's "Frozen," Movie Pilot reported.

The production unit hasn't disclosed much about the sequel which will be released on 2017.
