Kate Middleton and Prince William spend more time together for their royal duties and various trips. Recently, the two travelled to North Wales and had an outdoor fun together.
But aside from that, the moment also showed a glimpse of the royal couple's marriage that remains strong despite rumored marital troubles. During their adventure, Kate Middleton held on an abseiling rope over a 40-feet wall with Prince William on the other end.
The Duke of Cambridge shouted saying, "Are you holding me?!" and the Duchess laughed answering, "I've got you. I'm quite enjoying this actually. For once I'm in control," Mail Online reported.
After that exchange, the Duchess jokingly shouted at the Prince, "William - how much do you love me?" These words of the Duchess made others conclude that she doubts the Duke's love for her while others believe that it is merely a joke as the two had fun during the activity, Mirror reported.
When the Prince was done, Middleton also took her turn to abseil which appears to be her first time. She also showed her competitive spirit saying, "Not that we're competitive but if he does that, then I'm having to do it too!"
Phil Blain, the 64-year-old instructor who helped the royal couple abseil has something to say about Middleton after the climbing activity at the Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre in Capel Curig Wales run by Wolverhapton Council.
"If that was Kate's first abseil she did fantastic," Bain said. "And that was probably the first time she's held the life of the heir to the throne - and her husband - in her hands."
Aside from having fun from their climbing activities, the Duchess also mentioned about how much she missed the place since she lived in Anglesey for years.
"I love it here. I really miss being here, being outside and in the mountains," Middleton said
