Just months after the revelation and release of the latest iPhones in the market, consumers are now buzzing about the upcoming iPhone 7. It cannot be helped, especially with the promises of improvements and updates of the upcoming iPhone 7. Despite some positive supposed details of the upcoming Apple smartphone, still future users and consumers would have to deal with the power problems of the said iPhone 7.
According to reports, the upcoming release of iPhone 7 would probably still be plagued with battery-life concerns. Leaked information coming from a verified source, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, stipulated that changes with apple screen would not happen with iPhone 7. According to theweek based Kuo's leaked iPhone 7 information, Apple will not "change the screens from the liquid crystal displays it currently uses to AMOLED technology, which is now used by many of Apple's rivals."
According to most tech experts, Apple should have long changed to AMOLED technology in order to address issues regarding power efficiency of their iPhones and to be in par with their rivals. Forbes emphasized this justification and comments regarding the shift of screen, Forbes stated that;
"AMOLED is significantly more power efficient than the LED-backlit IPS LCD panels Apple has been using for years," the publication says. "Combine this with plans for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus to be just 6-6.5mm thick, which makes a much bigger battery for that generation unlikely. Plus owners won't care, but with an increased resolution also on the cards many expected a move to AMOLED to be the enabler."
Now with this latest leaked information of iPhone 7, users and consumers would likely complain about it. Especially that with the updates of the iOS, some clamor about power efficiency has likewise been reported. And with the lack of helpful hardware changes to address such issues, it would somehow suggest that the company is on deaf ears with the peoples' criticisms about their smartphone.
