Khloe Kardashian of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' fame and her basketball-playing husband, Lamar Odom, are reportedly selling their Tarzana, Los Angeles mansion for $4 million in a pocket listing, according to some news sources.
TMZ broke news of the private listing. Apparently, Khloe handed the details of the house to a few realtors in the San Fernando Valley and is reportedly asking $4 million for the place. However, the buyer needs to be 'qualified' to even view the home. They purchased the residence in 2009 for $3.9 million. Title of the house is in both Khloe and Lamar's name.
The residence is a gated, private, plush, single-family property. Interiors have mixed flooring, beamed and cathedral ceilings. A Jacuzzi, a gym, a game room, a media room and a kitchen complete the insides. Outside a long driveway leads up to the home, and there is a large pool and a lounge area.

News of the pocket listing comes amid rumours of the couple patching up. The two have been having a tough time due to Lamar's alleged drug addiction and his cheating on Khloe. The couple were on the verge of separating. Lamar moved out of the home too.
However, recently news broke out that Lamar was welcomed back in to the Kardashian clan. He was a part of the Kardashian matriach, Kris Jenner's, birthday celebrations. Lamar himself celebrated his birthday Nov.6. Apparently, Lamar and Khloe are going to have a small, for-two-only party at their home, according to US Magazine.
"Khloe invited him over and has a little party planned. It may be just the two of them -- he doesn't know yet. But he is hopeful and going," said a source to Us Weekly.
And Lamar believes that their bond is stronger than it may appear.
"We're wonderful. We're unbreakable. That's why I wear my wedding ring. It is a beautiful ring. From a beautiful wife," he said to the publication.
Update: After several reports stated that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were selling their home privately, Khloe took to twitter and rubbished all the rumors of the home being up for sale!
