Kurt Busch Drops $3.9 Million on Waterfront Manse in North Carolina

Ace car-racer, Kurt Busch has reportedly dropped $3.9 million on a plush waterfront mansion in Mooresville, North Carolina, according to several news reports.

The residence was originally listed for $4 million, but seems like Busch managed to snag it for a slight discount, reports Realtor.com.

Listing records state that the residence is a 10,000 square feet home comprising of four bedrooms, five full and one half bathroom. The beautiful house has high cathedral and beamed ceilings, large glass doors and windows and mixed flooring.

The residence looks dreamy, just out of a fairytale-type place with ample greenery outside and a dock with private water footage. The house also has a swimming pool.

While Busch just snagged a mansion in North Carolina, his Virginia condo is still on the market. Busch and his now ex-wife, Eva Bryan, had purchased the home back in 2008. The luxury apartment sits on the 38th floor of the area's tallest high-rise, The Westin.

Busch currently drives for the Furniture Row Racing team. Celebrity Net Worth puts Busch's net worth at $25 million. He has 24 career Cup wins. He currently stands seventh in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup standings climbing from #41.

According to Nascar.com:

Busch is the first driver to qualify for the Chase while driving for a single-car team, and his talent behind the wheel has breathed new life into the Denver-based operation.

"What an unbelievable drive," Busch said after the race at Kansan Speedway.

 "We battled hard to come from 41st, and we did this in a backup car. It just shows the strength of this team. There's all these reports or stories and opinions about how small this team is, but ... we got back out on the track after our wreck in Saturday's practice at the same time that Kyle (Busch) did, so it shows that our team can turn a car around just as quick as the Gibbs team; that's important," he added.
