Zsa Zsa Gabor's luxurious home in Bel-Air has sold for $11 million in a court-approved deal, however the actress and her husband will be able to stay in the home for the next three years, the Los Angeles Times notes.
Gabor, 96, and her husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt will receive $325,000 during that time from the buyer through the delayed sale. However, the deal states that in case she pass away during that time, the deal will close.
Gabor's husband and temporary conservator, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, was upbeat about the transaction with the buyer, identified as Jade Enterprises LLC, according to the Associated Press.
"It's a good deal for me and it's good for my wife," von Anhalt said. "It will give us both peace of mind."

The French Regency-style mansion was used as the setting of the upcoming Liberace biopic "Behind the Candelabra," starring Matt Damon, Rob Lowe and Michael Douglas. It was also the setting of Ben Affleck's movie, "Argo". The sprawling home sits on an acre-plus gated promontory with views of downtown Los Angeles, Santa Catalina Island and the ocean.
The home was constructed in 1955, and features a whopping 28 bedrooms. Altogether, the new owners will enjoy 8,878 square feet of living space.
Zsa Zsa Gabor's home has been on and off the market for years ranging in price from $12 million to $15 million. According to real estate site Zillow, the property sits at 1001 Bel Air Road, Los Angeles in Bel Air's prestigious East Gate.
Former residents include Howard Hughes and Elvis Presley. Gabor bought the house in 1973 for $280,000. Zsa Zsa Gabor has lived in the property for nearly 40 years.
