‘Yowamushi Pedal’ Anime News: Promotional Video Released Along with Third Season Announcement

Wataru Watanabe's manga "Yowamushi Pedal" is getting its 3rd season run for its anime adaptation. The official announcement comes with a promotional video which can be viewed online.

Animation News Network reports that television anime adaptation of "Yowamushi Pedal" has been given a green light for its season 3 run. This was announced on Tuesday during the film screening of its movie adaptation.

A promotional video was shown at the stage greeting of "Yowamushi Pedal" film screening. There are no furthers details that have been released, but it has been promised that they will the announcement of the "the broadcast times, staff, and other details" in the future.

Fans are obviously rejoicing that their favorite manga characters in "Yowamushi Pedal" will be seen again soon in its 3rd season anime series. Fandom Post says it is not a surprise that this anime adaption will get its 3rd season. This manga of Wataru Watanabe has proven its popularity when it goes beyond anime adaptation since it has already two theatrical films.

Despite lack of meaty details, "TOHO has also added a new quickie promotional spot for it as well to announce the return." Although, it has been noted that the previous season had been directed by Osamu Nabeshima, while the script was penned by Reiko Yoshida. As for the character design, it was handled by Takahiko Yoshida. The animation production was done by TMS Entertainment. The television anime series had been streamed online by Crunchyroll.

For those who are not familiar with the manga or anime series, the story revolves on the main character named, Onoda Sakamichi. He is described as timid freshman student of Sohoku High School. This youngman loves anime, and tries to join the anime search club in the school where he studies. But after meeting a renowned cyclist Imaizumi Shunsuke, he ends up joining the competitive cycling club.
