Pamela Anderson's Malibu 3-bedroom home remains on the market for $7.75 million after listing it a month ago.
The former "Baywatch" star bought the home in 2000 for $1.8 million and has since invested a lot of money in turning it into an eco-home, adding sustainable teak decor and solar panels, reports femalefirst.co.uk. The two-story house was built in 1959 and measures 2,752-square-feet located in the Malibu Colony.
It has also been renovated in recent years to include several high-tech amenities such as iPad-controlled appliances.
In 2011, Anderson put the place up for rent in for $75,000-a-month and she placed it available for lease last year.
Anderson recently posted photos of the home on her Twitter and Facebook page in a bid to boost interest and garner interest for the property.
Anderson's financial troubles started off in 2009 when she failed to pay the $6 million remodeling charges to the contractors. The actress allegedly owes more than $350,000 to the Internal Revenue Service, among other places.
The Malibu home has only three bedrooms and three baths, but it also boasts the requisite home theater and grand piano, with an open living room to a fabulous California view and a spacious kitchen.
Interested parties also have the option of leasing the home for $50,000 a month. Chris Cortazzo is the listing agent for the property.
