Zaha Hadid Building Residential Tower in Miami; ONE Thousand Museum

"ONE Thousand Museum", a new condo tower designed by starchitect  Zaha Hadid, is all set to highlight the skyline of Miami.

The residential structure will be located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida.

ONE Thousand Museum will be Hadid's first venture into residential complex designing in the West. ONE Sotheby's International Realty is the exclusive marketing and sales promoting firm for the building.

According to the statement released by ONE Sotheby's International, ONE Thousand Museum will rise up to 60 floors all packed with luxury condos. The building will have both half and full floor condos, duplex units and single penthouse residences with state-of-the-art fittings and fixtures. Prices of the half and full floor units range from $4 million to $12 million. Duplex residence and penthouse prices will be available on request.

"Iconic architecture, unprecedented amenities, stunning skyline and ocean views, and close proximity to Miami's finest museums and performing arts institutions will position ONE Thousand Museum as the most prestigious new residential property in the city," Mayi de la Vega, founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, said in the statement.

Currently, all the residential deals are being kept confidential. Though it was stated in the release that renderings of the design will be declared by the end of March 2013, exMiami.org has published a private screen rendering of the building.

From the picture, the tall residential tower looks like a pile of multiple boxes stacked upon each other. The building has a flat roof for a helipad maybe.

According to a comment on the website, the brochures promoting ONE Thousand Museum also say the place will have aquatic centers. Residents of the neighboring Ten Museum Park building are delighted at Hadid's new venture and are excited to have such an accomplished architect developing the project in the neighborhood.
