Located in Studio City, the self-help book author cum comedian Greg Behrendt has listed his home in the property market. According to a report from Variety, the home is priced at a modest $1.84 million.
The property first came unto the hands of Behrendt and partner Amiira Ruotola back in November 2002. The home measures 3,202 square feet and is located in family friendly neighborhood Colfax Meadows. The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a detached guesthouse.
