‘U.S. Housing Market’ Doing Better In Hall County And Colorado Spring?

The U.S real estate market has been doing well, but things are better in some places like Hall County and Colorado Springs. The statistical information has been reflected in two separate reports from two different firms.

Gainsville Times says that the local real estate and business climate's report shows that the Hall County is in better shape in comparison to other Northern areas. Norton Agency, a real estate firm in Gainsville, has been providing mid-year forecast for quite sometime. The CEO and Chairman of the said firm, Frank Norton Jr, has described the real estate market of Hall county as "spotty," although he commended that Hall County is doing so much better than other northern counties.

Just this week, Frank Norton Jr. has released his latest findings. He has presented several observations, one of which is continuous success of the food processing industries in the county. According to him, this has contributed the local market health. Another factor is the strong labor force plus the great quality of life among the residents of Hall County. The Norton Agency also is reliable when it comes to monitoring the economic trend of the said county.

Aside from the Hall County, another state that is doing well in terms of their real estate market is Colorado Spring. According to Rich Ladden of Gazette, the strong housing market of Colorado Spring will still continue in the second half of 2015. It has been reported that the housing market of Colorado Spring has been doing great in the first half of this year.

The director of the Southern Colorado Economic Forum at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Tatiana Bailey, said that "the single and multifamily markets are very healthy indeed." IT has better economy and has generated more jobs. Colorado Springs also offers its residents long-term mortgage rates. The housing projects have picked up as the first quarter started. It has also been noted that the "resale side of the market" has set a good pace in selling properties and has set price records in the month of May and June.

The U.S real estate market has gone into the hole in 2008, but this time it has been slowly climbing up. It is not yet a gangbuster type of recovery as described by Ralph Braden, Vice President of Nor'wood Development Group, but it has been steadily working its way up.

Both Colorado Springs and Hall County including some states have seen promised with real estate market. There have been new constructions coming in homebuilding. Lastly, there is now a good trend in resale market.
