Josh Hartnett Net Worth: "Pearl Harbor" Actor Possessed an Envied Victorian Mansion Sold For $2.3 Million

The Victorian Mansion which was bought by Josh Hartnett thirteen years ago for $2.395 has been recently sold for only $2.3 million.

Although it is near to the hubris of the city, this mansion is located in a secluded area in Minneapolis and was built in the year 1887. Looking at the entrance of the house, numerous porches provide a great view of the city of Minneapolis, said Popsugar news. It has been modernized according to the present time and it comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The interior is comprised of hardwood flooring that can be seen on the entirety of the home and three fireplaces are also installed in different parts of the house. The large windows give a soothing feeling while looking at the serene view outside, as reported by Popsugar. 

The Popsugar further reported that the home has for use luxurious kitchen appliances and tons of cabinet for storage making cooking more fun and enjoyable. It has vaulted ceilings and instead of steel or iron, the staircase leading to the second floor of the house is made of wood to enhance the classical design.

The bedroom's open doorway leads to office area, said Popsugar news. There is also a pool table in one of the rooms and the bathroom comes with a complete two clean sinks.

The house also features a wine cellar, which can stock hundreds of wine. A sitting area with brick walls was also installed in one of the house's corner.

Three windows which give lots of natural light will be found on one of the bedrooms. There is also a gym equipped with lots of exercise materials, Popsugar added. 

According to Forbes news, Josh Hartnett has become popular on the flicks like "Halloween H20" and "Pearl Harbor". He was returned as of late to the spotlight as a star in the scary Showtime drama "Penny Dreadful". Hartnett bought the mansion back in 2002, exactly when his career was at its peak because of the World War II drama movie "Pearl Harbor."
