Tommy Tuberville Net Worth: Cincinatti Head Coach lists former Alabama Home as for Sale

Cincinnati's head coach is selling his home for the fourth time in a row since 2009. The veteran coach still has a long way to go in terms of selling his house for a higher price as realtor.com stated that, "The veteran college football coach Tommy Tuberville has been calling a series of audible to sell his former home in Alabama."

The house offers its future owners the opportunity to enjoy Lake Martin and its grandeur. The property is a 5,600-square-foot home that sits on a little more than 2 acres of land on an inlet of Alabama's Lake Martin. The lake is a man-made reservoir that is located in Tallapoosa, Elmore and Coosa counties in Alabama on the Tallapoosa River as described in their Official Lake Martin Website.

Facing the beautiful Lake Martin, the house has five bedrooms, a 4.5 bath home, and in-ground swimming pool that has waterfront views. Other facilities includes two fireplaces, two laundry rooms and a two-car garage. The master's bedroom is situated on the first floor of the house which features include an open kitchen, dining, and the living area.

The size of the house makes it difficult to sell it to the market, it gets even rougher for the football coach as BustedCoverage.com commented that "Lake Martin is where [you] buy a house when you've got the world by the balls. Tommy purchased himself a big one and, as we all know these days, the biggins' are the hardest ones to unload."

The gigantic home of Tommy Tuberville is struggling in the market for the past four years. It was relisted many times with the prices being lowered down to gain buyers' attention. With the surging economic deflation rates, homes are not easily bought nor sold. The exceptional house of Tuberville continues to lower down its pricing, as realtor.com reported that "The house was listed for $2.38 million in July 2009, then relisted in April 2010 for $1.98 million. In June 2011, the price was cut to $1.75 million, then cut again at the end of 2012 to $1.7 million. The asking price fell to $1.69 million in March 2013, and the home was taken off the market later in the year."

Despite the efforts of Doug Cannon, the listing agent of Tuberville's Alabama house, the place continues to struggle in finding buyers even with the beautiful and scenic location it offers to its potential future owners.
