Nike Air Jordan 11Lab4 'Black' Release Date Details, Price & Where To Buy?

Things are about to get exciting for the fans of Michael Jordan's shoe collaboration with Nike. The global sports brand announced the arrival of the newest hybrid shoe design for the popular Air Jordan Element series.

Fusing the features and silhouettes of two iconic Air Jordan designs into one shoe, the Air Jordan Element series produced numerous unique designs that give fans of the Jordan brand the best of both worlds.

The series is coming out this 2015 with the Air Jordan 11Lab4 which has taken the famous material used in the Air Jordan 11 to the shape of the Air Jordan 4.

A look at the Air Jordan 11Lab4 "Black" and one could immediately get a hint of the Air Jordan 11. Made with the same black patent leather, the upper and the rest of the shoe come in the glossy material that immediately stands out, noted The Boom Box.

It is a different twist to the Air Jordan 11's mudguard placed on the silhouette of an Air Jordan 4.

Officially tagged as black/ white, the Air Jordan 11lab4 "Black" did not skimp on the black details of the entire shoe. The only white accent could be found peeking from the midsole's rear part. It contains the Air bubble unit in the heel to give users extra cushion in every step, noted Kicks on Fire.

Even the shoe's tongue is made of black patent leather completed with black shoelaces. A "Jumpman" logo, also in patent black, could be found at the tongue as well as the heel area of each sneaker.

Due to its luxurious look and feel, it seems that the Air Jordan 11Lab4 "Black" would not be limited to the hard court and could be seen in other events - even formal ones.

Should this be the case, then this would not be the first time an Air Jordan shoe has been worn with a tuxedo, noted Sneaker News. In 1996, numerous celebrities started wearing their formal wear with the Air Jordan 11 and with the same material used in this hybrid design. Hence, it is just a matter of time before that tuxedo trend begins again.

The Air Jordan 11Lab4 "Black" is set to come out on April 25 in select Nike stores, retailers, and Nike.com. One could cop a pair of these babies for $250, with only one shoe sold per customer. However, kids looking to don the pair would be disappointed to know it's only available in adult sizes.
